Our Barre classes are taught by professional dancers to strengthen and tone legs, glutes, arms and abs to banging upbeat tunes in a fun and inclusive environment. We offer over five different styles of Barre from low-impact to high-intensity to suit your vibe and workout goals. Taught in our Insta-famous pink neon Grace studio, no class is ever the same and we just know you will love this workout experience.
No dance experience required!
The Pilates Springboard is a 2D version of the spring system on the original Pilates Cadillac. Wall-based spring resistance exercises on the mat create longer, leaner, stronger muscles to and toned and elongated physique, while improving your core stability coordination and balance. It's traditional Pilates with a twist! Suitable for all levels including clients with minor injuries or during pregnancy.
We also offer a traditional and challenging Mat Pilates workout.
Functional fitness circuit-style training. The fastest way to burn excess calories and see real results. Our High Intensity Interval Training classes consist of quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by active recovery to challenge cardiovascular fitness and quick-twitch muscle fibres, boosting your metabolism allowing after-burn for up to 48 hours post-workout. Classes are limited to 12 participants to enable us to closely monitor your technique and form. Think personal training experience in a group atmosphere. One of our most popular classes this Spring!
Our Boxing and Boxing HIIT classes are taught by specialist boxing coaches. Learn boxing technique and fundamentals with some cardio and strength training thrown in for a full body workout. Tone your upper body, get in some cardio and release your stress! Boxing is for all levels of fitness and suitable for beginners. All equipment provided.
The most efficient 40mins you will spend. An express, high-intensity core-centric workout to build lean muscle and blast fat using ballistic kettle bell sequences. Classes are kept to a small number to ensure technique and form are properly guided. Set to big tunes in our Grit studio, are you ready to get Kettle Fleek?
Not suitable for pregnancy or clients managing injuries. A moderate level of fitness required.
The Pilates Reformer is a core strengthening apparatus unlike any other. We offer both clinical 1:1 and 2:1 Reformer Pilates and Group Reformer Circuit Classes in our beautiful Grace Studio to complement your workout routine on these incredible machines. With flexible pricing and flexible scheduling our tailored 1:1 and 2:1 Reformer Pilates sessions are a Personal Training experience on the Reformers.
